At Robert Gordon, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our pottery and home goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile ceramics are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
